I offer a kind and knowing heart, along with a wealth of practical tools to help children and parents cultivate emotional balance, empathy, and peace. Through kind natured conversations and restorative circles, I guide families in building clear and compassionate channels of communication where every voice can be heard. Together, we explore how to take responsibility for our own joy, while recognizing each individual's role in restoring harmony at home, and charting a path forward that nurtures connection, understanding, and lasting peace.

I also offer one-on-one parent coaching as a gentle space for reflection and support. In these sessions, I help parents improve on how we relate to children growing up in a world very different from the one we knew as kids. By cultivating emotional awareness, clarity and boundaries, and a grounded parental presence. This work supports parents in leading with greater confidence, compassion, and calm.
