For adults navigating stress, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions, I offer coaching that blends compassionate conversation with practical, transformative tools. Together we look fear, sadness and anger directly in the eye, and explore proven formulas to lighten the emotional weight of our life experiences.

I employ a healthy balance of empathy and radical acceptance, meditation and Taoist movement practices, nature immersion and breath work, along with many other restorative techniques that calm the nervous system and bring balance back into everyday life. I weave in forgiveness and gratitude methods, solution-oriented problem solving, and inner-child work to help cultivate deeper self-love and resilience. Creative arts and mindful practices are also at the heart of my offering, providing meaningful outlets for expression and healing. My approach is holistic and supportive, compassionate yet very practical, designed to help you not only move through challenges but also rediscover joy, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.
