Qigong Instruction

A Body in Motion Stays in Motion

Inner tranquility, vibrant health, and a clear sense of direction are just a few of the gifts I've received from 14 years of devoted practice in the art of Wild Goose Qigong. Certified as an instructor through the renowned Wen Wu School of Internal Martial Arts, I feel humbled to be part of a beautiful lineage of teachers, and honored to share this 1,700-year-old Taoist practice—also known as Dayan Qigong—as a path toward balance and renewal. Through its gentle, flowing movements, Wild Goose Qigong helps circulate vital energy, calm the nervous system, strengthen the body, and support deep healing of mind, body, and emotion.
